Both lead conservative movements with ideas of smaller gov't, less taxes and fiscal responsability, to large victories.
The current GOP leaders, including Bush and people who ran the GOP majority Congress threw all that out the window during the Bush administration. To say they spent like drunken sailors is an insult to drunken sailors.
I think it will take a generation for the harm they've done to be healed.

Where can I find some raw data showing just where and when these jobs have opened up? Can I get something to back up this fictitious claim other than referring me to some article someone wrote? Anyone can write an article and slant it enough for stupid common people to misunderstand.
Raw data is what I'm seeking here! Numbers and locations! Dates! Businesses that have opened up job opportunities numbering above 10,000? Above 5,000? Above 100? Above 50?

As the old stuborn people die off this country becomes more and more liberal with the babyboomer generation leading the way. Makes sense if you look at Western Europe which is 20-30 years ahead of the US in terms of culture and science. The idea that stem cell research can't be done because someone has a moral issue with it makes me ashamed to be an American.
I would leave and will but I have elderly family members that need me now. Family is far more important than any stupid country.
Hippies that are old are still cool.

Bush has led us into a massive failure. Past Republicans Bush, the other one, was restrained and his Iraq war won international favor and used the U.N. effectively; Reagan was restrained and used personal diplomacy as his best asset when it came to foreign affairs. Is the new generation so indoctrinated in the neo-conness of it all that they lack, principally, in enough wisdom to be in a leadership role for America?
