I am a 24 year old business professional male, and I recently started dating a 31 year old female. She is very beautiful, but her job as an attorney can sometimes transfer over to her being very demanding of me. I treat her very well, and I know that she cares for me. I have noticed that she has an odd fascinating for leather clothing (she has many pair of leather boots, and gloves), Is there a way to spice things up in our relationship???

I'm 23 years old and I've been on a off about starting a home based biz I seen the travel biz is the new trend, advertising, mystery shopping, selling candles, and a few others. I'm trying to ask people who are doing well, but not so well that it sounds too good to be true. Something with a low start-up cost. would be great. Right now I'm working at Home Depot in the lot, boiling in the sun ( Florida ). The job market is really slow in my area and my bills are beating me down. I know a lot of you would say " find a better job" " thats life deal with it" blah blah blah I've tried these things and It's not that simple . I'm just looking for some ideas I would really appreciate it. What are the hottest business trends right now. I'd be willing to invest a lot of time. Also I would be willing to possibly take out a small loan. Really looking for something where I could make $1000 a wk or close to it. Thanks for reading.

he owns a pawn shop, and he has been quite successful in his business. he is in his late 30s and im in my late 20s. we met when i worked there(only a week) then i changed my job.
he asked me out so we went on dates twice, and although i kinda like him, i always tend to avoid dating a business man, as i found hard to trust them.
this guy is charming, and he said he misses me and likes me all the time, but i just dont feel it. he usually only sends one msg for the whole day and calls me every 2,3 days. he talked about taking me for a trip and stuff like that, today he talked about going canoeing this week. but when i chatted to him online tonight, he was so busy that we only chatted 5 mins. he is obviously talking to someone else there.
i think i should just drop this one, right? or is it too early to decide?

I have started a party type home business. I also have a regular job w/taxes being held out. Can I file my income taxes on my regular job and then file separate taxes for my business? If so, do I need a business tax id #?

I want to refinance my mortgage and I want to start a home business before doing so. It would have no employees and I would still keep my current job. My home business will not require any due balances or credit lines to increase my debt. Would mortgage companies see the worry that I would quit my regular job or would they trust that I would maturely handle the mortgage payments? In other words, would I have no problems getting refinanced under these conditions. My credit score is about 650 and I've been at my current job for 1 1/2 years but have had steady employment for a long time. I have also paid my mortgage on time for 12 months.
The reason I am asking is because what I will be doing requires a vendor license. Therefore, in my ssn, it would show the business based at my home address.
I am actually looking for a new mortgage loan, not a home equity loan or personal loan and I don't need to borrow to pay debts.

I have a small part time photography business. Last year I had ,000 deposited into a business account to start my own business. I purchased some very expensive equipment. during 2006. However I did no paid work. On last years return I stated no income and no deductions for my sole proprietor portion of the return. This year things seem a little more favorable. I actually have a booking for a job and my business is now fully liscensed. How do i factor in my expensive purchases from a prior year? Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you
