I know that state to state there are different guidelines but I am very interested in opening a catering business from my home. I love to cook and not to toot my own horn but i am quite good at it. I would like to know if anyone knows the basic requirements for doing something like this out of your home as to not have problems with local law enforcement. Any helpful information would be great. i mean, we've got singles asking people out to dates, we've got girls trying to "impress" guys, we've got guys "on the lookout" for girls, etc.
why can't girls and boys just be regular friends at first, you know, friends like we girls are with other girls…
and then after a long time together just as friends, we start to develop affection and turn it into a relationship?
isn't it healthier this way, and… you get to know the other person better before becoming bf/gf, right?
we don't need all sorts of "asking out" and "dating formalities"… how much can you learn about a person during a formal dinner where both of you are artificial?

you know, there are other ways to show people that you "want" them other than dates… like, you know how we confide to other girls all the time? why can't we do that with boys they like too? that way we show them that we trust them and depend on them…
this sort of friendship/trust love is much better than "ah, you're so sexy, i want to eat you alive!" do you agree?

If you've ever seen the movie Hitch, you have an idea of what a "Date Doctor" is. Somebody who helps clueless, lovable losers, turn their lives around and find love.
I used to be one of those lovable losers, but through the tutelage of a mentor I turned it around and have become successful with women. Now I am the Date Doctor to my friends and acquaintances. I help them improve themselves to become more successful with women, and occasionally I do the same for women.
How can I turn this into a form of income? This certainly would not be my primary job, but rather a side source of income while I go to school. What kind of legal concerns do I have? Would I have to pay taxes on this income, even if it was just a referral based business?

Why are single people so disrespected? I could have a boyfriend or spouse, if I chose. I am single by choice. I don't desire a boyfriend or husband. Celibacy is not difficult for me. I love being single. I love the freedom it allows. I am nearly 40, so it is not a question of "growing out of it". The problem is people feel the need to question my lifestyle. Why? What is the best reply(especially to repeat offenders); short of "none of your business"?

My best friend is in the end stages of terminal cancer. She currently has a home hospice working with her, but even though they're trying, they aren't meeting her needs. She has very good insurance, and is looking for a hospice that have very caring and nurturing personnel, which includes the nurses, doctors, and any aides that may be assigned to her. If anyone has any real experience with a hospice like this, I would love to know about them so I could check them out and give my friend some recommendations.

I'm 14, in the 8th grade. I met a guy(Lets call him Will) and he was handsome, funny, and a class clown. But he wasn't in my class. He asked me out and out of all the other boys that asked me out, I said yes to him. Things didnt go the way I planned. We basically never really spoke because we weren't in the same class, or he was hanging out with his friends during lunch, or had to go to brooklyn on the weekends. So naturally I dumped him. I decided to transfer to his class later on, and he was dating his ex girlfriend. Things didnt work out with her, so he started dating his OTHER ex gf. He's not a player, but he's dated about 5 girls in his class, earning him the name "manwhore" lol.
While he dated her, I've had a few unsucessful relationships. First I dated a player who dumped me when I confronted him. From there on I wanted to drop out of the dating business, but guys were still chasing me. I accepted a 12 yr old 6th grader(omg great choice right? lol). He started saying "I Love U" way 2 soon and almost got jumped by a few 8th grader bcuz there was a rumor he was cheating on me with a 4th grader. I knew he wasn't, but that was just too much to put the kid through and I **** drama so I dumped him. He moved on amazingly fast for a person who "loved" me lol.
So okay. There's a gentleman in my class who is upset that all these guys have stopped me from dating and that I haven't given him a chance. The truth is, I'm not giving him a chance because I have developed feelings for Will…who's now single. I've dropped a few hints for Will, but he says he doesnt want to get pwned by a gf again lol. Meanwhile, ANOTHER guy that I USED to like, but he didnt like me at the time, suddenly has feelings for me(or my *** that he cant keep his eyes off of) >.> and he just asked me out. Omg this is too much! I like Will, should I ask him out? the gentleman listens to me and might treat me right although I'm not really feeling for him, or should I just cut both of them off? Sorry for the long story….
lol about the studying =] I actually dont have time to study to be honest but I'm an honor role student in almost every school I transfer to so no worries ^.^ I think I'll concentrate on Will, because I thought about it and all the rest are more like friends to me. The 6th grader actually got me bcuz he was annoyingly persistant and I guess I was kind of pressured into dating him

Last october my boyfriend and I broke up after 1 year of dating.
(I will call him Jon.) It was becoming very dysfunctional. At the time I really had no intentions of getting back together after we broke up.
Since then I have dated 2 guys. The first guy I started dating in December, it only lasted a month. We saw each other about 3 times because he lived far away from me and we did have *** during our "relationship". For me it was purely needing someone to be affectionate with. (yes, i realize the unhealthiness of that now) That faded and then at the end of January I started to date someone else. This ended up being purely ***. That lasted about another month. I did not / do not have any deep feelings for these 2 people I dated. My heart has always been with Jon.
Recently Jon and I have decided we are both at a healthier place internally and have decided to get back together. It has been 6 months now since we originally broke up. My love for him has not faded and neither has his. We both agree this is a healthy decision and know we will be able to work through our issues.
I had only dated other people because I thought Jon and I were completely over. He told me over the weekend that he has not slept with anyone during our time apart and wanted to know if I had.
My question is, is it any of his business? Personally, I want to share with him my experience but I am not sure if it is any of his business.

He is very mature and would not feel insecure if I told him about my brief relations with these guys during our time apart. I have to agree that *** is a big issue and I feel like he does have a right to know. I need to get tested before me and Jon have *** again, and just based on that I feel like I need to tell him because I am going to have to be tested.
and just fyi, our relationship is at an extremely healthy place now and I do want to start off building a strong foundation. I want to be honest with him, I just don't know how to actually tell him.
