I know a question like this will lead to wondering what the asker's motives are. I don't have any, just genuinely curious if there has been done any research about this.
My understanding is that everybody is born with a sexual preference. And being born with something must somewhat mean it's quite random. If I try to look for statistics, there's not much to find, except for homosexuals making around 10% of a population.
Is there a reason for that? Has it ever been different? Is it possible for a certain generation to have 70% homosexuals, for example?
I'm asking this in this section, because I'm also curious about the opinions of people who believe a god or gods creates us with a certain sexual preference.

My employee has flirted w/me for 2 months. He even asked me (via phone) if I liked him but I kind of dismissed it because I was too shocked. Finally sent him a message telling him that I was interested & asked him what he thought. I also sent him some roses (virtual ones that opened & closed). I haven't heard from him in nearly 1 wk.
BTW, his work for me is situation (not fulltime & not part-time, but more like "gigs" here & there). This guy is economically depressed and has a raggedy car and NO new clothes. I wonder if he might think he's too poor to date me-a business woman. There's got to be a reason why he hasn't responded to my admission. He's flirted & flirted & I'm sweet, successful, tall, thin & very attractive. He's not married (He's only 23 & I've never seen a ring or shadow of one on his finger). Why would he ask me twice if I liked him, only to not get back to me about something like this? Somebody just tell me he doesn't want me.
*No cursing/names please. Thank you.
P.S. I don't care about his lack of funds & his raggedy car. These things are just temporary to me. Thanks.

This is one reason why network marketing is notorious for having a 95% failure rate. Why, you are asking.
Here are some of the reasons of why such a large percent fail.
Marketing methods that are taught do not work 95% of the time. Old school and experience has taught me that marketers are to purchase and cold call leads. You will learn that after hours and hours and money thrown out the window it had very little success. However, some network marketers are in their comfort zone and doing very well with cold calling. Good for them. The ones that have lost countless hours and thousands of dollars give up.
Speaking of leads, most are generic. The failure in this is the type of leads you use comes from an ad wanting prospects who what to be financially free or just make money from home, very general or generic. Since the generic leads most of the time does not have anything to do with YOUR business you will get a lot on “NOs” another reason to give up and add to the 95% of failure rate. This with failure is very negative and the network marketer is giving up again with no self-assurance and no new prospects.
So how do we change this pattern? We build a solid Network Marketing System! For the typical home based network marketer to be victorious and financially free a positive mania MUST be in place. Through the years of being taught and learning on my experience, I have found the information below will be an aide to all network marketers.
Lead Capture Page: Must be intended exclusively for your specific Network Marketing Company. This Page must contain STRONG sales copy that lets the prospect know why s/he wants to opt in for additional information. Offer a High Value Free Report in exchange for their contact info. The free report must be extremely helpful. It must give details of all the features and benefits of joining the network marketing organization as an independent distributor and must focus on the support and resources available to the new prospect should they decide to purchase a distributorship. The business's goods and reimbursement plan must be without a doubt explained. Finally on the Lead Capture page testimonials should be included testimonials are very powerful sales and conversion tools.
Follow up Email System: A system that continually markets through emails. I will tell you that most leads do not act immediately and must be marketed to at the minimum of seven times before they will give a response yes or no. This email follow-up system must have strong sales copy. Make sure this system can get through the spam systems out there.
A Repetitive Response System: This feedback system that will let you know the new prospect has opt into the system via email and bring into play the worry of losing by telling the prospect that if the next prospect in line advances to a paid position before s/he does then s/he will loose commission on that prospect.
Strong Supportive Training: Just because a prospect has opted in, as a distributor does not mean that s/he will succeed. There must be an email follow-up system to ensure that s/he receives more that adequate training and support on how to market successfully. Now is when you come into play. There must be a STRONG relationship built between the up line and the new prospect.
How Good Is the Product or Service: To ensure that the entire marketing method works the system must be supported by a strong and honorable network marketing association that sells a superior needed product that people would even purchase with or without a compensation plan.
It Is Your Turn: Work and lead with your heart. You must have a passion for your business and really believe in the product that you are promoting. Be an active part of your business. You must be helpful, willing and open to learn new ideas and tactics at all times.
In the end: Now ask yourself if you are using a solid network marketing system. Are those hours and dollars that you are spending making you money?

One reason is of course money, when you work from home you control your income. You work hard, you get paid… you work harder, you get paid MORE! It’s a beautiful thing! That kind of freedom is something that you’ll never get on a traditional J.O.B. where the boss tells you how much you get paid and that’s that.
Another popular reason for working from home is spending more time with your family, spouse, children or just doing what you want to do WHEN you want to do it.
Finally some people want to work from home because they want to be their own boss, and that certainly is a great reason. Not having to punch a time sheet or have a set lunch hour, no deadlines or boss breathing down your neck. It’s true… working from home really is the good life.
Now back to our original problem…. how exactly to go about making money from home.
For many people all over the world the answer is simple… network marketing! I know, I know for a lot of people network marketing has almost become a dirty word but just hear me out. You see it’s not network marketing that people don’t like… really it’s not… it’s bad companies.
Over the years there have been more than a few companies out there that have used the name network marketing to cover up their illegal scams. Those companies have, unfortunately, given all of network marketing a bad name. That is unfortunate because there is NOTHING illegal, immoral or unethical about network marketing…. NOTHING!
At it’s core network marketing is extremely simple and extremely effective. You have a product, and instead of doing all the work yourself you bring a few other people into the business to help share the work load. Those people bring in a few people and those people bring in a few and before you know it you and your sales team have sold a LOT of product, and you’ve only done a fraction of the work. Not only is this business plan simple it’s SMART!
Almost all network marketing companies offer a type of income called residual income, and trust me that is the best income there is.
Residual income means you do the work one time and you continue to get paid on it month after month year after year. Sound good? IT IS! When you choose to become a part of a network marketing company you start building your residual income so that eventually you won’t have to work very much or even work at all!
The final reason so many people choose to build their businesses with network marketing is, there is already a structure and system in place. Network marketing companies are successful for the same reason McDonalds is successful. They can teach you to follow a simple system and if you follow the system you’ll get great results.
Yes, you COULD decide to start your own business from the ground up. However, the problem with that is that there isn’t already a system in place for you. Maybe you’ll succeed and maybe you won’t. When you find the right network marketing company for you your results are guaranteed! Just look at the successful people, follow their path to success and you’ll find it for yourself. Why try and re-invent the wheel? After all you probably want to work from home to make your life easier right?
Network marketing is a simple, totally legal and very profitable way to make money from home. Find the company that works best for you and start discovering the benefits of building an income with network marketing!
